COOKERY SCHOOL

If you have a passion for food and want to learn from our expert Chef, we have a very simple approach to cookery. We use the very best seasonal produce and cook food that you could replicate for special occasions or even adapt as daily recipes to prepare at home. Philippe Brillant's cookery courses cater for all levels of cooking ability and you will leave with confidence and enthusiasm, impatient to return to your own kitchen to experiment!

Philippe provides three types of cookery lessons.

1) Lecon de Cuisine Particuliere - Personally Tailored Intimate Classes

Available for one or two people at the Academy, these intimate lessons are tailored to the requirements of the individual, including learning to prepare a specific dish. This bespoke course is created to enhance your cooking skills and help you gain confidence in the kitchen: from basic knife skills to the preparation and cooking of food with professional cooking tips from Philippe. This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a practical and supportive learning environment.

The course is priced at £195 per person, includes a three course lunch and runs from 10.30 - 3.30 pm

2) Lecon de Cuisine Privee au Restaurant - Special Dinner Party Cookery Classes

Our popular dinner party cookery classes comprise cooking demonstrations and a host of delicious recipes within Le Parisien's stunning pavilion conservatory. The class will give our students the ability to create fast, simple and delicious dinner parties dishes - helping the host with minimum preparation whilst gaining maximum rewarding feedback from his/ her guests!

With a maximum of 20 people, this cookery course runs from 09.30 to 13.00 and costs £75 per person including a three course lunch and a glass of wine.

3) Lecon de Cuisine Privee pour Groupe - Large Group Cookery lesson

Already popular with renowned associations such as the Women's Institute, these classes are similar to our special dinner party classes but hosted in a large venue, these cookery classes can host up to 60 people and include wonderful cooking demonstrations, a host of delicious receipes to take home and lunch.

Costs £65 per person including a 2 course lunch and glass of Wine

4) Degustation de Vins - Wine Tasting

Join us on one of our open wonderful wine tasting courses, so that you can impress your friends and family with your expert knowledge of fine wines. Wine tasting includes accompanying cheese

Open Wine Tasting Evening with 3 course Dinner including wine
